The Robinsons are captured by small aliens with high specific gravity -- the iron dwarfs. They are rescued by planet Lacare's original inhabitants, who are at war with the invading iron dwarfs. The iron dwarfs send the space station toward a giant sun, but the friendly Lacareans retrieve it with help from Tam and Tim. The Robinsons resume their long journey home.
