Dick Giordano's cover art for this 1964 Charlton entry delivers genuine cosmic dread, with the caption "Good Lord!! That eye is pulling us towards it!!" making the terror beautifully immediate. Space Adventures #58, featuring Joe Gill's writing and Bill Molno's art on "The Guise of Beauty," is a fine example of the era's imaginative anthology sci-fi at its most wonderfully unsettling.
