Chris Claremont's DC series reaches its fourth issue with a cover by Dwayne Turner that immediately commands attention — a figure mid-scream, blank white eyes wide with terror or anguish, wild white hair splaying outward like blades while a massive hand presses against its face in a deeply unsettling moment of raw vulnerability. The painted warm orange backdrop throws every haunting detail into sharp relief, making this one of the more viscerally striking covers of the series' 1995 run. If "Skin Dance" as a story title doesn't already intrigue you, Turner's image will finish the job.
