In one story, Lance and Ormond intercept a hijacked military train in free Germany, discovering an impostor claiming to be a captain and seeking stolen Spanish Crown jewels hidden by a pirate alliance. After a swashbuckling duel with crossed blades, they pursue the impostor, who falls from a palace; the adventure ends with Lance and a woman named Lola meeting in Costa Rica to locate a sample of iron ore. The issue promises another commando raid for democracy in the next installment.
