Helix seeks help from Hard Master to find Snake Eyes, and he sends her to Province, Cambodia. The Soft Master and Tomo arrive with a Cobra fleet. Tomo attacks Snake Eyes, and Snake Eyes takes him out without killing him. Cobra Commander attempts to kill the Baroness after she lost a boat load of money. Helix calls in the Joes. She fights Storm Shadow and loses. The Arashikage are attacked and Snake Eyes shows up.
