Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes raid a Cobra vault, only to find it empty. Joes Hightower and Spearhead watch, but are killed by the Arashikage. Later, Snake Eyes and Juro attack a money transfer, and Juro has doubts about Snake Eyes' loyalty. The Baroness buys an island. The Joes consider Cobra's moving of cash and the ninjas following it. Helix meets up with the Hard Master and Alondra. Serpentor tries to get information out of the Soft Master. He breaks free, and proposes an alliance against Snake Eyes.
