Smiley Burnette uses his magical "Smiley-O-Phone" to save three lives in succession: first rescuing three little pigs from a wolf, then saving a chicken yard from another attacking wolf, and finally saving Little Red Riding Hood from a wolf that wants her for dinner. Later, Smiley is injured and visits Merton Muscleman, a new blacksmith-dentist who pulls his tooth and fixes him up. Two shady characters overhear that Smiley has found a treasure document and plan to steal it while Smiley retrieves the loot. When Smiley opens the treasure box at the sheriff's office, it contains a billion dollars, and the two crooks hide nearby planning to grab it, but Smiley successfully moves the treasure to the buggy office where he stores it safely.
