Smörbukk [Smørbukk] #2013
In this delightfully absurd 2013 installment of Smørbukk, the titular character takes an ill-advised bath in the washing machine after a prank involving a flute, leading to a kitchen flood that’s equal parts chaos and comedy. Later, Smørbukk and his friend Trond catch two burglars in a surprisingly dramatic encounter by a river. Written by Johannes Farestveit and illustrated by Solveig Muren Sanden, with cover art by Håkon Aasnes, this issue delivers the series’ signature mix of whimsy and slapstick.
