Slingers #2

Marvel's 1999 team book Slingers hits its second issue with a cover by Mike Wieringo and Richard Case that throws three of the young heroes into a kinetic collision — the blue-suited Ricochet, an armored figure wielding a blade, and the bronze-skinned Hornet clash dramatically against an oversized spider-symbol backdrop. The tagline "With Great Power Must Come Great Responsibility" sets the tone for a series built on the legacy of that very idea.
