"Lumber Pirates" follows Skypilot as he investigates a killer marked with a "Sal" tattoo who murdered a man named Henderson in the far north. After the Eskimos capture a group of lumbermen responsible for the avalanche deaths, Skypilot defeats the logger Jules in combat, and the culprits are turned over to the Northwest Mounted Police; Skypilot declines payment but asks the villagers to attend church on Sunday to help spread the gospel on the frontier. "The Crisis" follows young pilot John Hawks and his wife Myra, who arrive at a remote trading post called the Silver Lode in harsh winter conditions with only thirty-five dollars to buy supplies for six weeks of work, facing starvation until spring.
This tale of frontier justice follows John Hawks, a fighting parson known as Sky Pilot, as he encounters Ted Benedict, a man fleeing the frozen territories after being accused of murder. When Sky Pilot intercepts the desperate fugitive, a clash of wills unfolds—violence gives way to a life-or-death moment that forces Ted to reconsider his decision to run. Through grit, faith, and a willingness to risk everything, Sky Pilot works to convince Ted that facing the law is the only path to clearing his name and reclaiming his future.
In the frozen North, the missionary known as Skypilot learns that the ruthless lumber pirate Jules Broussac is illegally cutting timber on a mountainside above an Eskimo village—timber that's the only barrier protecting them from a devastating avalanche. When Broussac meets Skypilot's peaceful appeals with violence and contempt, the missionary must use his wits and courage to stop the pirate's deadly scheme before the logs and ice claim innocent lives.
When a giant wolfdog called Snowfang saves an American engineer named Bob Sanders from freezing in the Arctic wilderness, the two form an unlikely bond—but Sanders's treacherous guide Henri Broussard had other plans, and the frozen north demands justice. As Snowfang and Sanders track their quarry across the barren snowfields, the wild creature must choose between his savage instincts and the humanity his newfound companion has awakened in him.
In the harsh winter of the Great Northwest, a struggling young couple—Dave and Myra—find themselves on the brink of starvation, caught in the orbit of a vicious trapper named Bender who promises easy money but harbors dangerous intentions. When the Skypilot, John Hawks, witnesses Dave's desperation and Bender's manipulation, he refuses to stand aside, challenging both the man's morality and his methods. Hawks races against time to prove that honest work—not dark bargains—is the true path to survival.
