Skullkickers #13

Skullkickers sets sail with issue #13, kicking off "Six Shooter on the Seven Seas" — and the cover makes a strong case for this being one of the series' most fun arcs yet. Framed against an aged nautical map, the trio of brawlers cuts a striking figure: a stout, axe-wielding dwarf, a hulking red-bandanaed bruiser, and a nimble, pointy-eared young woman gripping an ornate dagger and sporting a wide-brimmed hat with a jug perched on top. Jim Zub, Edwin Huang, and Misty Coats bring real energy and personality to this pirate-flavored chapter of Image's irreverent fantasy-action series.
