In "Kapitel 3: En pojke försvinner!", when Jo is suddenly taken inside the amusement park, the Phantom Stranger and Dr. Thirteen join forces to uncover the truth behind a mysterious figure they believed was the enigmatic Vasti—only to discover the real culprit is Jay Cahill, Jerry's brother, whose obsession with claiming the park has driven him to madness.
