A separate prose story, "Gambling's Got to Go," describes Walter Henderson, a tall man in black dedicated to combating the spread of gambling in Western communities through lectures and moral persuasion.

Now Gunmaster must rally the oppressed people and confront Valdes's armed forces to free them all from tyranny.
