At a talent show, Marco loses. He gets mobsters to finance a big-eyed billboard that hypnotizes bankers and jewelers to steal goods and deliver to thugs. The Fly beats a thug and learns the sign has periscope and speaker that magnifies Marco's hypnotism. The Fly enters and is hypnotized, but cons Marco into taking a bow, breaking his glare. "The 'eyes' have it!"
