When Professor Frink's experiments awaken a group of highly intelligent chimpanzees, Bart and Milhouse discover their cherished treehouse overrun by the clever primates. With a plan hatched from beneath the branches, the boys prepare for a showdown that could either reclaim their sanctuary—or force a quick retreat.

Bart and Milhouse go to extreme (and hilariously misguided) lengths to gain superpowers, from meddling with Professor Frink’s lab to chasing lightning and even seeking out bee stings—only to find themselves drawn back to the real power of being a kid. When Homer tries to remind them of the simple joys of childhood, they’re ready to agree—until Milhouse gets his usual dose of schoolyard justice.
