Silver Streak Comics #4 is an anthology featuring multiple hero stories. The Dickie Dean story shows the boy inventor creating a peace machine that broadcasts a message ending war, with soldiers returning home and mothers rejoicing at their sons' safe return, followed by Dickie's uncle visiting to congratulate him on his success and inform him of another secret invention in the works. The story follows Wayne as he races to protect a young woman and her father from the gang’s final scheme, all while the trail of gold and danger leads deeper into the wild frontier.
