Justin Hammer has hired a gang of super baddies to bring down the Wild Pack to make way for L.A. street gangs under his control to take over. The gangs, however, get a little miffed at having someone else fight their battles for them so a big three way brawl ensues between Sable's forces, Hammer's villains and the local gangs. During the altercation, G-Wiz is badly hurt by Spymaster and loses the use of his legs.
