The final issue of Joe Keatinge and Leila del Duca's Shutter arrives with a cover that feels more like a quiet exhale than a farewell — a silver-haired figure resting in a rocking chair, holding a glass and gazing out over a luminous mountain lake at what might be a sunset or a dawn. Owen Gieni's colors bathe the scene in warm golds and soft mauves, with wildflowers blooming in the foreground and something almost fantastical drifting through the sky above the peaks.
