Shutter #2 from Image Comics delivers another visually striking chapter of Joe Keatinge and Leila del Duca's wild adventure series. Del Duca's cover is a gorgeous, unsettling tableau — a young woman encased within a towering glowing pink crystal formation, while three strange insectoid or crustacean creatures crouch and loom at its base, their wide eyes fixed upward in the surrounding darkness. Owen Gieni's vivid coloring makes that luminous magenta crystal practically radiate off the page, setting an atmosphere that's equal parts wonder and dread.
