The twelfth and final issue of this winter 1997 anthology wraps up with a bang, as the cover by Steve Lightle presents a genuinely striking image: an enormous, snarling green Brainiac head dominates the fiery background while multiple Legion of Super-Heroes members swarm across it — a pink-costumed figure unleashing a burst of energy, a dark-suited hero conjuring blue rings of power, an armored figure, a bare-chested speedster, and a white-clad hero trading blows in the lower corner.
