# Sherlock Holmes #2 This issue contains two Sherlock Holmes stories. "Sherlock Holmes' Greatest Challenge" involves a smuggling operation where fortune in diamonds is being transported on a liner, with the government enlisting Holmes to investigate how the diamonds are being smuggled among the passengers, which becomes referred to as "The Overseas Smuggling Racket." "The Overseas Smuggling Racket" continues as Holmes works with Inspector Lestrade and others to catch the criminals involved in the diamond theft, with the investigation culminating in a confrontation where the perpetrators attempt a hold-up and escape, leading to a car chase and gunfire as the criminals try to evade capture.
