In "Part 3: Captain Marvel Faces Danger in the Deep!", Captain Marvel races to stop the mad scientist Sivana, who’s returned to the present with a deadly mission: steal the powerful element Neutrium from Dr. Patterson’s lab. With Billy Batson in peril and the Professor’s life hanging in the balance, the hero must confront Sivana’s ruthless plan before it’s too late.

In "Part 4: Atlantis Rises Again," Captain Marvel Junior ventures into the future, where he encounters the descendant of Professor Chal-Patzun—only to find that the mysterious Protium has transformed into Electrium, a power capable of awakening the lost city of Atlantis. But before the truth can be uncovered, Sivana Jr. strikes, incapacitating Freddy Freeman, killing Chass Passon, and seizing the Electrium to drag it back to the present.

In "Part 5: The Battle of the Age!", Sivana unleashes a sinister plan by combining the elemental forces of Protieum, Neutrium, and Electrium to encase the Earth in a protective shell—cutting off the Shazam lightning and trapping Billy, Mary, and Freddy in their powerless forms.
