There's a quiet dread to this cover that makes it impossible to look away — a teenage girl in an orange jacket slumps bored and restless outside a School Counselor's door, completely unaware that dark, inky shadows are creeping and swirling across the door and wall behind her. Lee Garbett's linework and Antonio Fabela's coloring nail that unsettling contrast between mundane high school life and something genuinely sinister lurking just out of sight. Joe Henderson's Shadecraft continues to look like one of Image Comics' most compelling 2021 reads.
