Sergio Aragonés Groo the Wanderer #86
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeSergio Aragonés's cover for issue #86 says it all: Groo stands sword-drawn in a stone archway, wearing his familiar headband and orange tunic, while behind him an absolute avalanche of panicked people, sheep, pigs, and assorted chaos spills through the corridor — a scene of cheerful mayhem that perfectly captures the wanderer's talent for turning any situation upside down. With a story titled "The Two Doors," the setup promises another comedy of errors from the creative team of Aragonés, Mark Evanier, colorist Tom Luth, and letterer Stan Sakai. This 1992 Epic Comics entry is a fine example of the series at its irreverent, warmly ridiculous best.
