The cover of this fifth and final chapter of "Sentry World" says it all — a massive, serene face fills the lower half of the image, its top literally shattering open to unleash a chaotic eruption of golden-armored figures crackling with lightning, twisted dark monstrous forms, and flying shards of debris. It's a striking visual metaphor for a mind — or a world — coming apart at the seams, rendered with real intensity by cover artist Kim Jacinto. Jeff Lemire's five-part story reaches its conclusion here, with Joshua Cassara and colorist Rain Beredo bringing the interior pages to life in what has been one of Marvel's more psychologically ambitious Sentry runs of 2018.
