“Hatchet of Death”

In "Hatchet of Death," Ted faces a grueling training camp as he prepares to take on the formidable Slugger Jones, with help from the unorthodox former boxer Pudgy Perkins. When Big Boy Madden attempts to sabotage Ted’s chances by bribing Perkins to drug his water, the plan unravels—and the real fight begins when Ted dons his Wildcat costume to confront the crook himself. Art by Jon Chester Kozlak and a striking cover by Harry Peter bring this 1946 classic to life.
