Secret Origins #44
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeFrom DC's Secret Origins anthology comes this 1989 entry spotlighting Batman's clash with the Mud Pack — a sinister assembly of Clayface villains that had readers buzzing. Kevin Nowlan's cover art captures Batman in a tense crouch, flanked by a trench-coated figure wielding a blade and a grotesque, mud-textured creature looming behind them, with ghostly clay-like forms swirling in the background. Mike W. Barr handles the writing with Keith Giffen on interior art, and the cover even teases that the story continues in Detective Comics #604 — making this a great starting point for fans of Batman's rogues' gallery.
