Mr. Staticwhisker and gentlemen from the press are escorted to a secret laboratory in a remote spot of the American desert, where they learn the military's new secret weapon: a small insect called the "Victory Bug" that broadcasts morale-boosting messages. When the Victory Bug escapes and falls into enemy hands during a Pacific theater battle, Adolf Hitler's forces attempt to capture it, but an American soldier retrieves it and defeats the Nazi commander with the bug's help. The Victory Bug ultimately proves decisive in boosting American military morale and contributes to victory against the Axis powers.
