“Not Quite Yeti”

Scooby-Doo and Shaggy hit the ice rink in this June 2016 DC Comics outing, and the cover by Scott Gross captures the chaos perfectly — Shaggy is mid-stumble on ice skates with Scooby clinging to his back, while a pair of enormous furry blue-purple clawed hands reach up from the ice below them, suggesting something monstrous lurks beneath the rink. With scorecards reading 9, 8, and 9 visible in the arena background, it's clear this routine is not going to earn a perfect ten. Fans of the gang's signature blend of laughs and spooky shenanigans will find plenty to love here, with interior work from writer Sholly Fisch and artist Walter Carzon.
