Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? #34

The cover of issue #34 says it all — Scooby-Doo himself has been immortalized as a massive crop circle in a golden field, complete with swirling alien-style rings and flying saucers etched into the grain around him. It's a wonderfully clever visual gag that sets the tone perfectly for "The Case of the Hi-Fi E.T.s!", promising extraterrestrial mystery with plenty of that signature Scooby humor. Scott Gross handles both the pencils and inks on this 2013 DC Entertainment entry, delivering a cover that's as inventive as it is charming.
