Scooby-Doo #105

Scooby-Doo finds himself in a genuinely dire predicament on Joe Staton's cover for this 2006 DC issue — the big brown Great Dane is trapped on a swing, surrounded on all sides by snarling, decaying zombies who have clearly decided he's the main attraction. The bold "Dog of the Dead" tag says it all, promising the kind of spooky, fun-for-all-ages mayhem that made this series a favorite on shelves and on Kids WB alike. With John Rozum writing and Karen Matchette on interior art, issue #105 looks like a delightfully ghoulish good time.
