Scooby Apocalypse #13

The whole gang is in freefall chaos on this Howard Porter cover — Fred fires a weapon point-blank into a snarling horde of monsters while Scooby, Daphne, and a panicked Shaggy cling to ropes in what looks like a crumbling vertical shaft, all while more creatures close in from every angle. It's a genuinely kinetic composition that captures exactly what makes this darker reimagining of Mystery Inc. so compelling — familiar faces in deeply unfamiliar, monster-infested danger. With Giffen and DeMatteis at the helm and "Brotherly Hate!" as the story title, issue #13 promises plenty of the sharp writing and post-apocalyptic tension this series delivers.
