The penultimate chapter of WildStorm's four-issue series arrives with a cover by Ed Benes and Sal Regla that crackles with kinetic energy — a determined blond hero surges forward through a blazing ring of fire while two winged, feral figures dive aggressively from above against a dramatic purple sky. With Brandon Choi and Jonathan Peterson scripting "Heaven and Earth," the tension between those airborne threats and the hero charging head-on makes this one hard to set down before reading.
