Scarlet Spiders #2

Part of Marvel's 2015 Spider-Verse crossover event, this second issue of Scarlet Spiders pits a trio of red-suited spider-heroes against a towering, grimacing bald figure who looms over a massive web-like architectural structure — the scale alone tells you these spider-clones are in serious trouble. David Nakayama's cover work renders the threat with striking detail, the monochromatic red palette making every tiny spider-suited figure scrambling across that web-maze feel genuinely outmatched. With Mike Costa writing and Paco Diaz on art, "The Other" promises a tense chapter in this corner of the Spider-Verse.
