Salvation Run #4

The tagline says it all — "Ape Shall Kill Ape!" — and Sean Chen and Walden Wong deliver on that promise with a visceral cover showing one massive gorilla villain raising a heavy weapon to bring it crashing down on another, both creatures roaring with savage fury against a fiery orange sky. It's the fourth chapter of this seven-part DC series in which Earth's super-villains have been exiled to a hostile alien world, and the cracks in their uneasy alliance are clearly tearing wide open. Matthew Sturges's "Life Is But a Nightmare" looks to push that volatile powder keg to its breaking point.
