Harvey's long-running army humor series delivers another dose of bumbling military mishap in this January 1962 issue. George Baker's cover finds the hapless Sad Sack dazed amid a spectacular lumber pile-up — stars and lightning bolts flying around his head — while a little dog looks on and a fellow soldier strolls away in the background near an army tent, blissfully unaware of the chaos. It's the kind of good-natured, slapstick storytelling that earned this series its "Loved by Millions" banner, and issue #125 looks like a fine example of why.
