Summer's in full swing on this cheerful beach-set cover by Dave Manak and Jon D'Agostino, where Sabrina — in a red one-piece swimsuit — tries to convince a very reluctant Harvey to dress for the occasion, while a friend looks on in amusement from the shoreline. Harvey's flower-print pants and graphic tee are apparently his idea of beachwear, and the playful speech-bubble exchange captures the lighthearted humor that made this animated-series tie-in such a fun read in 2000. With the story "Breaking Camp" inside, written by Angelo DeCesare, this issue promises plenty of sunny laughs from Sabrina and her crew.
