Jonathan Hickman and Dustin Weaver's ambitious S.H.I.E.L.D. saga reaches its sixth installment with a cover by Gerald Parel that radiates an almost apocalyptic grandeur — a bare-chested figure stands at center bathed in light, flanked by a winged mechanical craft, an armored figure crackling with energy, and the ghostly profile of a silver-haired man looming from the shadows, all dwarfed by a vast, symmetrical mass of forms surging in fiery hues above them. The story title "I Am The Sun" suggests stakes of a genuinely cosmic scale, and Sonia Oback's colors amplify every bit of that tension.
