“You never Know What Sailors Are”

In "You Never Know What Sailors Are," Rusty finds himself in a tricky situation after a night out with Ann at the dance club, where plans for supper at the Culver Club take an unexpected turn. With his wallet left behind on ship and a delayed return, he arrives home just as the awkward truth comes to light—Ann’s uncle is none other than Rusty’s own Petty Officer, and he’s well aware of Rusty’s reputation. Art by Len Batchelor, this 1961 D.C. Thomson classic captures the tension with quiet humor and period charm.
