Rocket Raccoon rides a rocket — literally — through the star-filled cosmos, clinging to the nose cone with a wild grin while unloading a massive gun, spent casings scattering into the void around him. It's exactly the kind of gleefully unhinged image you'd expect from a solo series where Skottie Young both writes and draws, bringing the same expressive, kinetic energy to every line. "A Chasing Tale Part 2" promises more of whatever delightful mayhem got started in issue one, and this cover makes a very convincing argument to find out.
