Rocket and Groot have finally accumulated the cash they need to pay off his debt to the princesses he swindled and they are on their way to make the repayment when Rocket learns that, for the right price, he may be able to acquire the Book of Halfworld (which might tell him the secret of his own origin). Of course, he chooses to pursue the book and abandon his creditors.
