Part of DC's 1998 "Aftershock" storyline, this issue drops Robin and Spoiler into a Gotham already on its knees. The cover by Jason Johnson and Danny Miki captures both heroes in kinetic motion — Robin locked in a fierce grapple in the background while Spoiler dominates the foreground, pulling a rope with cool, determined focus against a city skyline wreathed in smoke and chaos. With Chuck Dixon writing and the creative team of Staz Johnson and Stan Woch on interiors, "Repercussions" promises exactly the kind of street-level tension the cover text teases: the Spoiler, and a city in agony.
