Riverdale High #3

Riverdale High gets an out-of-this-world visitor in issue #3, and Stan Goldberg's cover makes the chaos immediately clear — a wide-eyed Archie is surrounded by small green aliens who've apparently just discovered Earth, while the rest of the Riverdale gang looks on in various states of alarm and amusement. The cover teases "Destination Riverdale," promising that the ol' high school will never be the same, and with speech bubbles referencing "Planet Vision" and a teacher sending an alien named Zark on a one-billion-word assignment, the setup is delightfully absurd. A fun 1990 entry in the Archie Series that blends small-town charm with a cheerfully goofy sci-fi premise.
