Rick and Morty Presents: Fricky Friday #1
In "Fricky Friday," Summer and Jerry embark on an adventure that quickly feels… off—especially since they’re acting exactly like Rick and Morty would. As their dialogue grows increasingly Rick-like, the real Rick begins to suspect a multiversal prankster: a mind-swapping entity known only as "Indivisible Rick," who aims to dominate the multiverse by becoming "the Rickest of all the Ricks." Written by Michael Moreci and brought to life by Jarrett Williams (pencils and inks) and Leonardo Ito (colors), this standout issue from Oni Press features a cover by Jarrett Williams and is a must-read for fans of the series’ weirdest, most self-aware moments.

We open with Summer and Jerry on an adventure, but something seems odd. Odder than Summer and Jerry actually being on an adventure, that is. The more dialogue is exchanged between them, the more we slowly come to realize that Summer and Jerry are speaking - and acting - as Rick and Morty would on an adventure. "Our" Rick comes to realize that there is yet another Rick somewhere in the multiverse who is swapping minds among the many alternate versions of Rick and the Smiths. "Indivisible Rick", as the mind-swapper calls himself, seeks to rule his victims and be "the Rickest of all the Ricks".
