With all of the staff off-duty and his parents away on a trip, Richie is alone in the big Rich mansion. A thief posing as a new butler comes by, hoping to steal whatever he can when Richie is not looking. Richie, hoping to prove how responsible he is, determines to really test this new butler, and works him so hard that the thief leaves without stealing anything.
