In "Li-Senseless," Dollar’s excitement over his upcoming dog license takes a wild turn when he dreams he’s pulled over by police for driving a stolen dog—complete with a license plate on his tail and a 30-year sentence. After a chaotic escape involving yellow paint, swapped plates, and a $500 fine, he wakes up to find Richie holding his dog tag—only to bolt in fear.

Richie Rich and his loyal dog Dollar head to the bank, where Dollar’s curiosity gets the better of him after spotting two dogs hauling things in their mouths. Impulsively, Dollar tries to copy them—right as Richie’s heavy bag of allowance money is on the line.
