Dollar is soon to receive his dog license, and Dollar then dreams that his dog license resembles a license plate which he wears on his tail. Police pull the dog over, and believe he is driving a stolen dog - so they decide to give him 30 years in prison for the incident, prompting Dollar to run away. Afterwards, two bad guys help him get away by spray-painting him yellow and switching license plates - but is ordered to pay $500, prompting Dollar to run away and gunshots are fired at him. After Dollar wakes up, Richie has his dog tag ready, but the dog runs away scared.
