Resurrection Man #10
Butch Guice's rain-soaked cover for this 1998 DC issue says it all: a shades-wearing figure clutches a coffin and lights a cigarette in the foreground, while desperate hands claw upward from behind a gravestone bearing the name Mitchell Shelley — a man who clearly won't stay buried. The "Hitman: Back for More!" banner promises a crossover with Tommy Monaghan, making this team-up of two very different DC antiheroes hard to resist. Written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, "Mano a Mano" looks to deliver exactly the dark, sardonic energy both titles do so well.
