Reggie and Me #102

Riverdale's most self-satisfied schemer is in full form as Reggie and Me #102 kicks off 1978 with a colorful "Outer Space Party" at Riverdale High. The cover finds Reggie decked out in a gold-and-purple robot-style costume, smugly cracking wise while Archie — dressed in a snappy red space suit — cheerfully declares his love of "space," giving Reggie the perfect setup for a cutting comeback. With Betty, Veronica, and the rest of the gang in equally festive sci-fi getups, this is the Archie Series at its most playfully chaotic, brought to life by writer George Gladir, artist Bob Bolling, inker Rudy Lapick, and letterer Bill Yoshida.
