Red Robin's penultimate issue delivers a gripping face-off right there on the cover: the Black Bat looms over Tim Drake's Red Robin, grabbing him by the collar in an intense mid-air confrontation set against a deep crimson backdrop. Marcus To and Ray McCarthy render both figures with terrific energy — the Black Bat's gold-accented black costume contrasting sharply against Red Robin's bold red-and-gold suit as the two clearly have something serious to settle. Fabian Nicieza's "7 Days of Death" arc hits its third chapter here, and this cover alone makes a strong case for how high the stakes have risen.
